Home Church is Staff led & Elder guided. The following men act as counsel, leadership & accountability to the Lead Pastor & overall direction and decision making of Home Church. The Elders of Home Church commit to serve 1 term of 3 years at a time. They can serve up to 2 terms & 6 years before they rotate off the board.
